In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would love to hear from you to try and understand the reason for your return. Your comments and feedback are important to us so please email us or call us. We would be happy to accommodate you at all times. 

If you’d like to return your purchase, shoes and accessories must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We highly recommend trying on the shoes in a carpeted area to avoid marks and scratches on the sole. All worn items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine whether the products purchased are in original condition when returned.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date purchased.

Please add a copy of the original purchase invoice inside the return package. To process a return, please contact us to further guide you in retrieving a label.

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow two weeks for a refund to be issued.

In the event that the package gets lost or mishandled, we advise that you keep all tracking details for your records.

Our packages are shipped via USPS from the Atlanta Area. For our complimentary ground service, shipping takes between 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location. For expedited service, we offer overnight and 2-day services that are available at checkout.

Please note that our orders are shipped on business days only – Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

Meche do not cover international shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the additional custom fees, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery that are charged at checkout. These fees are non-refundable.
